Click the picture on the left to download. Put your card back into the paper slot/tray after you have printed the front cover. You can print the file directly from Acrobat Reader. For the best result: use good quality inkjet A4 cards, set your printer to the best quality, highest resolution and maximum print area.Click the picture on the left to download. If you use US paper format (Letter), under Page Handling in the print dialogue window select Page Scaling: Fit to Printer Margins.

Use a ruler to aid you to fold the card into half.
